Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

You probably have everything you need to make this pasta dish in your pantry right now. This can be made ahead of time and baked when you are ready.

You will need these ingrdeients...

12 oz spaghetti
1 (28 ounce) jars prepared spaghetti sauce
1 lb lean ground beef...I am going to use Chicken.
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

In a skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce. Set aside.

Cook spaghetti according to directions on packet. Drain and place cooked spaghetti in bowl. Add cream cheese, Italian Seasoning and minced garlic. Stir until cream cheese is melted and the spaghetti is thoroughly coated.

Lightly grease a 9x13" pan. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the dish. Put spaghetti on top of sauce and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly.

PS: Found this recipe on a recipe blog...so I need to give her credit for the pics & the recipe. I am soo excited to make this tonight. Gonna have salad & gralic breas & wine (duh!). YUMMY!!

'Glee' Recap: Extraordinary Merry Christmas

A black-and-white 'Glee' holiday special...and a purple Christmas tree.

This year, Gleeks were treated to a TV show within a TV show. The glee kids, because of some cancellation of a yuletide log special on a local channel, were asked to delight the citizens of Lima with some Christmas carols.

Mercedes kicked off the episode with "All I Want for Christmas is You."

Sue asks the glee kids to give the people at a homeless shelter the gift of song. It's her first Christmas without her sister, so she's trying to distract herself. Kurt, Blaine and Artie agree to do it, but later find out the special is the same night.

Artie, whom the TV producer described as a "modern day Tiny Tim," was tapped to direct "The Glee Holiday Spectacular," which he insists must include some element of Star Wars and be filmed in black and white.

Rachel gave Finn a wish list of 15 items, from which he can select five to give her. Her ideas, however, are a bit too pricey for Finn's budget, so he improvises and...gives her a pig. Not a real pig. A pig somewhere in Africa that will be fattened and later feed a family for a month. Rachel is clearly disappointed he didn't give her the earrings she wanted.

Blaine and Kurt open the "Holiday Spectacular" with "Let it Snow." Later, we find out Blaine can play the harmonica, too.

Rory reminds everyone Jesus is the reason for the season with a passage from the Bible and the glee kids join Quinn and Sam at the homeless shelter. New Directions performs "Do They Know It's Christmas?" and everyone is full of the holiday spirit.

Rachel eventually warms up to the pig and names her Barbra, after her idol Barbra Streisand. But Finn gave her a star, which he named after himself because there's already a star named Rachel Berry.

And he gave her the earrings, but she later returned them (and an iPod for Finn) and they donate the money to charity.

'Glee' now goes on a holiday hiatus until January
