American Idol Phillip Phillips’ Surgery Postponed
“American Idol” winner Phillip Phillips’ kidney stones surgery has been postponed. He has a sinus infection and a high fever, and will now have the surgery next week instead. Doctors are still optimistic he will heal in time to join the Idol tour in July.
No Doubt to reunite after nearly three years
No Doubt plans to reunite onstage at the upcoming Teen Choice Awards. Their last time together was at Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit in October 2009. The Teen Choice Awards air live on Fox July 22. Their 6th album is set for release Sept 25.
Jury to hear No Doubt's claims against game maker
A dispute between the band No Doubt and game-maker Activision will go to a jury. The video game "Band Hero" can be unlocked to let avatars perform other artists’ music. The lawsuit claims the feature turns the band "into a virtual karaoke circus act."
Madonna performs Lady Gaga’s 'Born this Way' cover at rehearsal
Madonna was caught on video last weekend in Israel rehearsing for her upcoming world tour. In mid-song, she suddenly burst into a perfect meshing of "Express Yourself" and Lady Gaga’s "Born This Way." The footage was shot by someone with access to the rehearsal.
Lindsay Lohan tanning bill tops $40,000
Nevada tanning salon Tanning Vegas is after Lindsay Lohan. She hired them to travel with her between 2007 & 2009. She never paid the full bill, now topping $41,000. The company also claims she sold their spray tan under her own label, Sevin Nyne. They are suing.
Ray J Sued For Ditching Clothes in Whitney's Death Room
Ray J is being sued for the expensive clothes that disappeared from room 434 at the Beverly Hilton. That’s the room Whitney Houston died in. L.A. Stylist Marc Littlejohn was hired to do Ray J's wardrobe styling for a Grammy event. He wants them back, or $2,880.
Chris Brown Suing Raz B?
Chris Brown has hinted he will sue R 'N' B singer Raz B for suggesting he is gay. He took to twitter to refute claims from the former B2K member in his memoir titled 'The Boy's Life'. He tweeted: ''Lying about somebody is defamation of character. My lawyers are handling it!”

Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D has been dragged into a legal battle over a Hollywood Hills home destroyed by fire. She is being held accountable for the 2010 blaze, which claimed the life of her pet cat. State Farm Insurance determined lit candles started the fire.’
Founding father of TMZ, Ellen, died during bike ride
The founder of TMZ, Ellen, The Bachelor, Extra, Judge Mathis and many more, has died. Jim Paratore died of an apparent heart attack Tuesday during a bike trip in France. He was a Warner Bros. executive. He and friend Harvey Levin created TMZ with AOL in 2005.
