Justin Bieber's former neighbor in Calabasas claims in a lawsuit Bieber spit in his face and terrorized his family. The lawsuit seeks more than $25,000. Bieber has paid them $80,000 for throwing eggs at their home 2 years ago. He remains on probation.

Kate Middleton will take maternity leave at the end of March. The Duchess will make her final public appearance March 27. She has 3 engagements that support opportunities for young people in London. Prince William will be with her. She’s due in mid-to-late April.

Old-world glamour at Met gala

Celebrities and the fashion world converged on the Metropolitan Museum of Art last night. Women wore flowing designer gowns, while men wore tuxes with white tie. A few brought top hats. The Anna Wintour Costume Center inaugural exhibit opens to the public Thursday.

Pharrell, Gwen Stefani add talent, artistry to ‘The Voice”

Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani performed on “The Voice” last night. Pharrell performed "Come Get It Bae" from his recent album, "Girl." Stefani sang her 2004 hit, "Hollaback Girl." The two will be coaches on the show next season. The show is down to the Top 8.

"DWTS" is down to the Top 5. Danica McKellar got the boot last night. She is recovering from a rib broken in rehearsal last week. Charlie White and Amy Purdy were the top 2 dancers. "Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller served as a guest judge.

Coldplay dedicates song to Jagger at NYC concert

Coldplay dedicated its slow tempo tune "Fix You" to Mick Jagger at a concert in NYC’s Beacon Theater last night. Chris Martin told the crowd "It's for Mick Jagger," whose longtime girlfriend L'Wren Scott died in March. Their new album ‘Ghost Stories’ is out May 19.

Judge sentences 2 Chainz to drug diversion program

Rapper 2 Chainz pleaded guilty to possession of ingredients for “sizzurp” in his baggage at L.A. Airport last June. The ingredients are federally controlled. He was sentenced to an 18-month drug diversion program. If he completes it, all charges will be dropped.

Justin Bieber’s pretty proud of his ripped torso. He took off his shirt and walked along the beach front at Venice Beach, L.A. yesterday. He was accompanied by 18-year-old model Yovanna Ventura & several bodyguards. He did not attend last night’s Met Gala in NY.

Scotty McCreery & several friends were robbed by 3 gunmen at an apartment in Raleigh, N.C., early Monday morning. No one was injured, but wallets, cash and electronic items were stolen. McCreery is a student at NC State. He was visiting friends off-campus.

Fox has decided to go ahead with the Batman prequel series, 'Gotham.' It will include younger versions of Bruce Wayne, Alfred the butler, The Joker, Cat Women, The Riddler and Penguin. It will follow the beginnings of Commissioner James Gordon, a rookie detective.

Matt Damon 'Open' To Reprising Bourne Role

Matt Damon is "open" to reprising his lead role in the blockbuster Bourne franchise. He played Jason Bourne in 3 installments of the action spy series. He was not in last year's The Bourne Legacy, which starred Jeremy Renner. A fifth Bourne movie is due out next summer.
