Chris Brown returns to court today after rehab dismissal

Chris Brown is facing a court hearing today over why he was kicked out of rehab. He spent the weekend in jail after his dismissal from a Malibu treatment facility for violating its rules. He had been in rehab since November for anger management and bi-polar issues.

David Brenner, a guest & substitute host on the original Tonight Show more than 150 times, died in his NYC home Saturday at age 78 after battling cancer. He revealed had Johnny Carson retired in the early 80s, he would have been the next host. Carson retired in 1992.
