Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will play at Farm Bureau Live for the first time April 12. Va Beach resident Jake Clemons, nephew of the late Clarence Clemons, is joining the band on its US tour. Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 21.

LA newscaster apologizes for black actor mix-up

A Los Angeles newscaster has apologized to Samuel L. Jackson. He confused him with fellow actor Laurence Fishburne during a live TV interview. Jackson said, “we may be all black and famous but we don't all look alike." Reporter Sam Rubin apologized to anyone offended.

Julia Roberts' family mourning half-sister's death from possible overdose

The Los Angeles County coroner's office is investigating the death of Julia Roberts' 37-year-old half-sister. Nancy Motes was found dead in a Los Angeles home Sunday afternoon. She was dog-sitting for a friend. She is the younger sister of actors Julia and Eric Roberts.

Kanye West 'College Dropout' 10th Anniversary

Kanye West went on Twitter yesterday to thank fans for supporting him over ten years. Monday marked the 10th anniversary of his debut album The College Dropout. He pointedly thanked his fans for fueling his journey from Chicago State University dropout to Yeezus.

Police were summoned Sunday to an L.A. marijuana dispensary. Suge Knight reportedly was in a heated exchange with an employee. He thought he was making a promotional appearance and wanted pay and product. He allegedly made felony criminal threats.
