Barbara Park, author of the popular Junie B. Jones books, has died. She was 66. She passed away Friday after a long battle with ovarian cancer. She was a longtime resident of Scottsdale, Ariz. Starting in 1992, Park wrote more than 30 books featuring Junie B. Jones.

Journey donates $350,000 to feed typhoon victims

The group Journey is donating $350,000 to food relief for the victims of the typhoon that struck the Philippines. Initial funds will go to the United Nations World Food Program.  Donations for food relief can be made by texting the word AID to 27722.

Lamar Odom wants to return to L.A. Clippers

Charlie Sheen has shown his generous side by donating to a charity supporting epilepsy patients. He was on the set of “Anger Management” when he spotted posters seeking donations for The Walk To End Epilepsy charity. He sent the charity $10,000.
