Margaret Pellegrini, one of the last 3 remaining Munchkins from The Wizard of Oz, died Wednesday. She was 89 years old. She suffered a stroke at her Phoenix home. She was           3-foot-4. 124 Munchkins appeared in the 1939 film. Only 2 are left, both in their 90s.
