Lauryn Hill starts prison sentence for taxes
Lauryn Hill began serving a 3-month prison sentence in Connecticut on Monday. She failed to pay about $1 million in taxes over the past decade. She’s in a minimum security facility in Danbury. After she is released, she will be under parole supervision for a year.
Mariah Carey rushed to hospital after dislocating shoulder
Mariah Carey was rushed to a hospital Sunday after dislocating her shoulder. She was on the set of the music video for her '#Beautiful' remix with Jeezy in NY when she fell. Her shoulder had to be re-set. She’ll perform a benefit concert in Central Park on Saturday.
Paula Abdul to Guest-Judge So You Think You Can Dance
After 10 seasons, Paula Abdul will finally make her debut as a guest judge on ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ tonight. She hosted ‘Live to Dance’ on CBS in 2011 and was a guest judge on the All-Stars edition of DWTS. She started as an L.A. Lakers cheerleader.
Amanda Bynes in court today for tossing bong out window
Amanda Bynes is due in a New York court this morning. She was arrested for throwing a bong out of her apartment window in May. She claims it was a vase, and the arresting officer slapped her between the legs. She also said police entered her apartment illegally.

Lady Gaga has ''temporarily shut down'' her Twitter account. She had 39M followers. Her profile description reads: ''This interface has been shutdown temporarily. Please check back for updates.'' Speculation is, it’s a promotional push for her upcoming third album 'ARTPOP'.
Kings of Leon join in to help Okla. tornado relief
The Kings of Leon's “Rock for Oklahoma: A Benefit Concert for Oklahoma Tornado Victims” will happen July 23. It's the third big fundraiser since the storms in May. They’ll be joined by musical guests. Proceeds from the concert will benefit the United Way of Central Oklahoma.
2013 edition of Farm Aid is sold out, Dave Matthews to perform
Tickets for Farm Aid in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., have sold out. The family farm benefit festival is scheduled Sept. 21 at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. More than 25,000 tickets were sold. Headliners include Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, and Dave Matthews.

If a tattoo and a son didn't make it official, this just did. Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa have gotten married. They made the announcement on Twitter Monday, and their rep confirmed it. They will have a second, larger ceremony for family and friends in the fall.

Doctor says he thought Jackson had drug problem
A doctor testified by deposition yesterday in Katherine Jackson’s lawsuit against a concert promoter. He said he believed Michael Jackson had a drug problem as far back as 1993. Jackson canceled a tour and went to rehab that year. The trial is into its 11th week.
Singer Randy Travis in critical condition in Texas
Country singer Randy Travis is in a Texas hospital for heart problems. He is listed in critical condition. He is 54. Travis had a string of hits in the 1980s and 90s. He’s trying to recover from a series of recent embarrassing public incidents involving alcohol.
Kim Kardashian hires baby night nurse
Kim Kardashian has hired a night nurse to help with her newborn daughter North. She hired the nurse to ensure she gets enough sleep at night. She is breastfeeding, and has extra milk ready for the night. Kim’s mom Kris has hinted we may see North on her new show.

The first child of Britain's Prince William and wife Kate will be known as the prince or princess of Cambridge. The baby, due to be born this month, will be the first to hold the title. The royal couple's official titles are the duke and duchess of Cambridge.
Bon Jovi gives $1 million to superstorm Sandy aid
Jon Bon Jovi came home Monday, with a $1M check for the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund. Total donations are up to $38M. Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen and Kelly Ripa are honorary advisory board members. The fund has donated $10.5 million as of April 30.
Pearl Jam sets fall tour, bypasses Hampton Roads
For the past week, a countdown clock has been ticking at Pearl Jam's website. On Monday, the clock hit zero, and the band announced a fall tour of North America. The two-leg, 24-city tour begins Oct. 11 in Pittsburgh. They’re in Charlottesville Oct 29 & Charlotte Oct 30.

Halle Berry has pulled the plug on a Canadian auction. She says the items listed are not hers. Her attorney fired off a cease and desist letter to The Montreal Auction House. The items belonged to her ex, Gabriel Aubry. The auction has been rescheduled to July 21.
Linda Hogan wants family heirlooms held back from online auction
Hulk Hogan's ex-wife lost her treasured family keepsakes, but they just resurfaced ... on eBay. Linda Hogan says she gave some of her things in storage to Goodwill, but family items got mixed in. She wants them back. The seller says he bought it all at a thrift store.
