DWTS: Andy Dick voted off, Michael Buble entertains
Andy Dick was voted off DWTS last night. He was joined at the bottom by Jacoby Jones and Ingo Rademacher. Andy lasted 7 weeks. Michael Buble wore a tuxedo and serenaded the audience and viewers with ‘Come Dance With Me’, off his new album ‘To Be Loved.’
'Voice' knockouts: 8 more go home, 8 go on
The best way to whittle an 8-person team down to 4? Pair everyone up in a sudden-death singing match. On ‘The Voice’ last night, that's what Blake Shelton and Usher did with their teams. The final 16 advance to a 3-night kickoff of live viewer-voting finals next week.

Lindsay Lohan is due to report to rehab in 24 hours, likely somewhere in the Hamptons. She’ll be there 90 days. She’s been out every night with friends, who say she is behaving herself. If she fails to report to rehab, she’ll be ordered back to court and put in jail.

Kardashian, West: No baby gifts, give to kids hospital
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have asked friends not to buy baby gifts. Instead, make a donation to Chicago children's hospital. The hospital issued a statement expressing "its sincerest gratitude." Donations will go to the hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Rihanna Reschedules Tour Dates for Dallas, Houston
Rihanna will return to Dallas and Houston to make up for shows lost earlier this month due to illness. She’ll be in Dallas Nov. 11 and Houston Nov. 14. Tickets for the earlier missed performances will be honored. She has not rescheduled dates in Boston or Baltimore.

Fleetwood Mac has released a mini-album, available through iTunes. ‘Extended Play’ includes 3 new songs, plus an unreleased song unearthed from the group’s past found on YouTube. It’s their first new material since ‘Say You Will’ in 2003. Fleetwood Mac is on tour.
Artists to stream concerts live over App
Kanye West and Lady Gaga are reportedly planning to stream some upcoming concerts over smartphones, through an app called SpaceBar. For now, it will be audio only. Artists can stream for free, or provide users with a 5-minute preview before charging a fee to continue.
