Movie fans slipped into "Oblivion" as the Tom Cruise sci-fi thriller led Hollywood with a $38.2 million debut. Its worldwide receipts total $150 million. The baseball drama "42" slipped to 2nd-place with $18 million in its 2nd weekend. “The Croods” took 3rd with $9.5 million.

Witherspoon ‘deeply embarrassed' about behavior against state trooper

Reese Witherspoon & her husband Jim Toth were busted by a State Trooper in Atlanta Friday. He was charged with DUI, she was charged with disorderly conduct for her behavior. She apologized last night. She was in New York for the premiere of her new film, "Mud."

3 Doors Down bassist Robert Todd Harrell is charged with causing a fatal accident in Tennessee. His Cadillac clipped a pickup truck Friday night on I-40. The pickup went down an embankment, flipped & killed the driver. Harrell is charged with DUI & drug possession.

Al Michaels Arrested for DUI

Sportscaster Al Michaels was arrested on suspicion of DUI Friday night. Police saw him make an illegal U-turn in a business district. He tested above the legal limit. He was released and given a court date of June 26. He does play-by-play for NBC's Sunday Night Football.

Kendra Wilkinson was hospitalized following a car accident Sunday. She was taken to the Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Los Angeles. A rep said she was ''in shock and really sore,'' but her injuries were not serious. Details about the crash have not been released.
