A paparazzo was hit by a car and killed after taking photos of Justin Bieber's white Ferrari on a Los Angeles boulevard last night. Bieber was not in the car. Two friends were. CHP pulled it for a traffic stop. No charges will be filed against the motorist who hit the man.
