No charges in leak of Rihanna beating photo

Two Los Angeles police officers won't face criminal charges for leaking a photo of Rihanna's bruised and beaten face in Feb 2009. Prosecutors can’t prove TMZ paid for the photos. There is no money trail. The two officers will appear before disciplinary panels in August.
