Courteney Cox is seeking to legally drop her husband's name once their divorce is finalized. Both filed their paperwork within a minute of each other Friday. Both cite irreconcilable differences. Both are seeking custody of their 8-year-old daughter.

The IRS says singer R. Kelly owes $4.8 million in back taxes. He failed to file between 2005 and 2010. He owes the most from 2005…$1.4 million. His rep said, "R. Kelly is in the process of working everything out and is confident all his obligations will be satisfied."
