Finally...the crib is on the way!

OH MY GOODNESS! Seriously - I have about had it with waiting on the furniture for the nursery to arrive. Really - my #1 piece of advice to those who are pregnant & expecting a baby...ORDER YOUR FURNITURE ASAP!
Here's the crib we ordered from PBK! It's called "The Catalina"...
I wish I would have ordered the crib for our nursery the day I found out I was pregnant. Waiting for Pottery Barn Kids to deliver our furniture has been a nightmare waiting game. I went to Richmond in November. November 5th to be exact!! We ordered all the furniture, expecting it would arrive by December at the latest. We were even told dates furniture would arrive. But nope...here it is January 12th and we still have NOTHING!! However - McCoy did get a call yesterday saying the crib will arrive Friday. YAY! Finally - something is coming. Still waiting on the dresser, bookcase, glider & nightstand.
So there is my advice to you - once you pee on the stick & it says "PREGNANT"...go to Babies R Us, Wal Mart, Pottery Barn Kids, etc and buy your furniture ASAP!
 
I think it's time for me to make a heated call to Pottery Barn Kids Customer Service right now. I am fired up!!! Happy that the crib is on the way, still waiting for the other pieces to arrive.
