The holidays are over, and I know im not the only one who is just now saying “okay time to stop overeating, spring is coming which means I need to lose weight”
My cure to overeating is my Fiber Flush Green Tea! It does wonders. It’s not like a detox, but it helps with bloat and indigestion.
I have some friends who drink up to three glasses of this a day, but for me, I stick to one.
