Ive been making this for about 15 years now...it's my favorite stuffing and I got it off the back of a magazine...but it's rock solid and awesome!
Start with a package of unseasoned stuffing mix, add onion, celery, ground sage and ground thyme -- the result is delicious stuffing that's perfect for the holiday table or a casual dinner.
Makes 6 (2/3-cup) servings.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add celery and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in stuffing mix. Add chicken broth, sage and thyme; toss gently. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
2. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
