He's in trouble again! Not shocked are we?!?! Justin Bieber turned himself in to police in Toronto last night. He’s accused of hitting a limo driver in the back of the head several times Dec. 30. Bieber & 5 companions had just left a nightclub. The driver stopped & Bieber left. He’s charged with assault & due in court Mar 10.

100,000 Americans ask Obama to kick Bieber out of the country

A petition calling for deporting Justin Bieber to Canada reached 100,000 signatures in just 6 days. The petition is hosted on the White House's We The People citizen portal. President Obama is expected to make a statement on the petition sometime over the weekend.

Justin Bieber’s rented Lambo a big hit in Miami

The rented Lambo Justin Bieber was driving before his DUI arrest is now a celebrity itself. Miami's Lou La Vie exotic car rental has been inundated with calls asking to rent it. The car rents for $1,500-$1,700 a day. So far, it's already booked through this weekend.

We’re just learning actor Hugh Grant had a 3rd love child back in Sept. A birth certificate shows that a Swedish TV producer named Anna Elisabet Eberstein secretly gave birth to a baby boy on Sept. 3. Grant is listed as the father. He also has 2 children by Tinglan Hong.

Kanye West angry after Kim Kardashian is rejected from Vogue cover

Kanye West is upset Vogue magazine picked Lena Dunham over Kim Kardashian for the cover of February's edition. Editor Anna Wintour is not a fan of the Kardashian Family. The 36-year-old rapper is reportedly ''insulted'' she picked Dunham over Kim.

Jay Z pulled out all the stops Tuesday night during J. Cole's b-day concert in NYC. He surprised the 29-year-old rapper with an incredible guest performance, and a priceless piece of rap history: Jay Z's original Roc-A-Fella chain from when he founded the label in the 90s.

The Academy Awards have rescinded the original song Oscar nomination for "Alone Yet Not Alone." The song's composer, Bruce Broughton, is a former governor and current academy music executive committee member. He emailed members to promote his nomination.

Madonna will introduce members of Pussy Riot at Amnesty International's human rights concert in NY. They were recently released after nearly two years in a Russian jail. The Feb. 5 concert at Barclays Center includes Imagine Dragons, Lauryn Hill, and The Flaming Lips.

Scarlett Johansson ends eight-year run as Oxfam ambassador

Scarlett Johansson has ended her relationship with Oxfam. She endorses Israeli soda maker SodaStream in a football game ad that airs this Sunday. She promoted Oxfam’s campaign on global poverty since 2007. SodaStream had to remove references to other soda brands.

Motley Crue is calling it quits with a 72-city North America tour. None of the 4 members can tour in the future under the name. The band is made up of Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil, Mick Mars and drummer Tommy Lee. They play Farm Bureau Live in Va Beach Aug. 20.

Madonna to guest star on Miley Cyrus' MTV special tonight

Madonna will be the "surprise" guest on Miley Cyrus' upcoming "MTV Unplugged" special. The pair rehearsed Monday at a Hollywood soundstage. The program was taped Tuesday & will air tonight at 9. There are also other unannounced guests. Warning: explicit language.

Justin Bieber has told his realtor to find him a new estate. He has decided to sell his Calabasas home to get away from the neighbors. His reps say he feels "trapped and violated." He also wants to build a skate park and have enough room to run ATVs.

Apparently, Sean could not save the world. NBC has shut down production on Sean Saves the World. The Sean Hayes-headlined comedy had finished filming 14 episodes. The final 2 run after the Olympics. The show started out strong, but lost viewers every week.

Not shocked by this ... actor (and philanderer!) Dean McDermott has entered rehab, weeks after a woman said he cheated on his wife with her. McDermott and Tori Spelling have been married for 7 years. In A statement, he said he takes full responsibility for his actions and will address some health and personal issues.

Lindsay Lohan insists she is happily single at present. She has been linked to model Christian Arno Williams in recent weeks, but has now confirmed she is completely unattached. She claims she's cut all alcohol and drugs out of her life since leaving rehab.

Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey have inked new two-year deals to stay on ‘Grey’s Anatomy.’ That will take them through 12 seasons. The series still has to be renewed for a season 11. Sandra Oh is leaving. There is no word on the status of the rest of the cast.

'DWTS' giving Bruce Jenner a chance to outshine the Kardashians

Shall We Dance Bruce?! Producers of 'Dancing With the Stars' have made an offer to Bruce Jenner to be on the show. His stepchildren Kim and Rob Kardashian both previously competed. They now want the 64-year-old retired athlete to take part in the upcoming 18th season. The show returns Monday, March 17.

Jennifer Hudson to headline Carnival cruise shows

If they could see me now ... remember that ?! Well now - Carnival Cruise Lines is bringing star power aboard its cruise ships. So far, 49 shows are confirmed aboard 8 ships this year. James Avery was very ill at time of death

Uncle Phil was suffering from several major medical problems before he died. The death certificate for 'Fesh Prince' actor James Avery lists severe coronary heart disease, end-stage kidney disease and type-2 diabetes. He was 68, and died 7 weeks after undergoing a bypass surgery. So sad!!!

'24' returns in May with 12-episode run on Fox

Jack Bauer is back, and he's on the run in London. "24: Live Another Day" debuts with a two-hour show May 5 on Fox. Kiefer Sutherland returns to a character he played for eight seasons, from 2001 to 2010. Bauer is now a fugitive being hunted by the CIA.

MTV's "16 and Pregnant" may have contributed to a decline in the national teenage birth rate. Teen births have dropped in areas where the show & its spinoffs are seen. In 2007, 42 teen girls out of every 1,000 gave birth. By 2012, it dropped to 29 out of every 1,000.
